  • Sessions: Weekly live calls (90 mins) on Tuesday evenings

  • Support Materials: Access to a curated library of resources, including worksheets and toolkits

  • Community Interaction: Stay connected and supported through a dedicated Telegram group for ongoing coaching and peer support.

  • Besides the 1.5-hour weekly live sessions we aim for continuous small improvement, so make sure to set 15-30 minutes aside everyday.

  • Don’t worry! All sessions are recorded and will be available for you to access within 24 hours.

  • Together we create a safe and supportive environment where you can participate at your own pace. Sharing is encouraged but never required - you are free to engage in a way that feels right for you. And who knows, maybe these are some small steps outside of your comfort zone, that will help you expand it.

  • Yes! Many participants choose to continue going deeper with 1:1 sessions beyond the initial 3 months, additionally there is more great things in planning like a follow up group coaching program, designed to connect deeper with others, a membership portal, and you can regularly practice with me.
