In our fast-paced world, it's easy to feel drained or disconnected from ourselves. My 1-on-1 coaching program is designed to help you reconnect with your natural energy sources, reduce overwhelm, and restore balance in your life. Together, we'll explore ways to enhance your vitality, manage stress, and cultivate habits that support lasting wellness.

The reasons to start health coaching are as unique as you are. Maybe you feel constantly fatigued or burned out and want to find sustainable ways to restore your energy. You might have a health condition that doesn't improve or can’t seem to loose weight, even though you are doing everything “right”. Perhaps you’re looking to build a healthy foundation to age well, investing in the habits that will support a vibrant, active future. Many clients come to me after their doctors have recommended lifestyle changes that feel challenging to implement alone - health coaching offers the support and tools to make those changes sustainable and meaningful.

My key areas of coaching include

  • Fatigue and low energy can result from various reasons - health conditions, infections, lack of restful sleep, nutrient deficiencies and many more. It shows in different ways, you wake up after 7-8 hours of sleep and still feel tired, you get exhausted easily or have difficulty focusing during the day.

    How I Can Help: I take a root cause approach and help you examine what potentially causes the lack of energy you are feeling. We look at your daily routine, sleep patterns, and energy drains, creating personalized adjustments to your nutrition, movement, and habits to help boost natural energy levels.

    Goal: To achieve consistent, sustainable energy by addressing core habits and making lifestyle changes that prevent energy burnout.

  • Burnout arises from prolonged stress and mental strain. It often leads to emotional exhaustion, reduced productivity, and even physical symptoms like tension or weakened immunity.

    How I Can Help: By understanding the unique patterns and sources of your stress, I’ll guide you through resilience-building techniques, setting boundaries, and finding restorative practices that help recover and prevent burnout.

    Goal: To create sustainable boundaries, boost your emotional resilience, and cultivate practices that allow you to manage stress with greater ease and confidence.

  • Hormonal imbalances can lead to energy dips, mood swings, weight gain and symptoms like brain fog or sleep disturbances, especially if you’re experiencing high stress or going through life changes.

    How I Can Help: We’ll address hormonal health by optimizing your nutrition, implementing balanced movement practices, and adjusting your lifestyle to support your body’s natural rhythms.

    Goal: To balance energy levels, support mood, and improve overall vitality by nurturing hormonal health through individualized strategies and lifestyle alignment.

  • A well-regulated nervous system promotes relaxation, healthy sleep, better focus - and most importantly the resiliency to deal with whatever life brings, while a constantly overstimulated system can lead to anxiety, fatigue, and poor sleep. You might feel agitated, easily triggered or in a constant overthinking spiral.

    How I Can Help: I’ll teach you practices for calming the nervous system, like breathwork, QiGong, grounding exercises, and mindful relaxation. Together, we’ll find rituals that resonate with you to create a sense of peace and centeredness.

    Goal: To help you feel calm, improve sleep quality, and reduce feelings of hyper- or hypoarousal through regular practices that soothe and support your nervous system.

  • Mental and emotional resilience allow you to navigate life’s ups and downs without being easily overwhelmed. It’s about building inner strength and adaptability. Especially when you know, that an intense time is coming up, be the start of a new job or business, parenthood, returning to school or training for an athletic goal.

    How I Can Help: Through reflective exercises, reframing techniques, and guided practices, we’ll develop tools for handling stress and challenging situations with greater ease. We find practices and routines that are fun, seamlessness blend into your life and thus truly support you.

    Goal: To foster a resilient mindset that helps you handle life’s demands confidently and with a sense of balance, empowering you to bounce back from setbacks.

  • Practices that connect the mind and body - like yoga, qigong, and breathwork - help ground your energy and cultivate mindfulness, boosting both physical and emotional health. This centeredness will then make it easier for you to engage with the environment around you.

    How I Can Help: I’ll guide you through personalized movement and mindfulness sessions, like gentle yoga, QiGong, Breathwork, and meditation, designed to support energy restoration and overall well-being.

    Goal: To help you feel more grounded and energized, using mind-body practices that strengthen your connection to yourself and support your journey toward greater balance and vitality.

My holistic approach & coaching style

I take a holistic approach to health and life, which means I integrate insights from nutrition, movement, and spirituality with the knowledge I've gained from my experience in building teams as a recruiter and supporting businesses as a coach.

In our sessions, I create a safe space for you to explore what truly matters. I guide you in learning to listen to your body’s signals, find what works uniquely for you, and integrate changes at your own pace. My approach is rooted in:

  • Empathy and Curiosity: We explore without judgment, allowing you to reconnect with your own intuition and strengths.

  • Small, Sustainable Steps: Progress happens through manageable actions that lead to lasting change.

  • Accountability and Support: Through encouragement and accountability, I help you stay on track with your goals, even when motivation dips.

Coachings are possible in German and English language.

The Coaching Process

1. Initial Discovery Call
The success of our coaching partnership begins with a strong connection between you and me. That’s why, before we start any coaching sessions, I offer a free Discovery Call. This is where we explore your specific needs and I provide more details about how we can work together. You can book your Discovery Call here.

2. Orientation Session
Your journey begins with a deep, personalized session where we create the foundation for our work. There are 2 options:

  • Health History Deep Dive: We’ll explore your health background, uncover energy drains and gains, and identify patterns affecting your vitality.

  • Circle of Life Assessment: A holistic life review to determine areas needing attention. We’ll assess work-life balance, relationships, self-care and more to align your wellness goals.

3. Regular Sessions
After the Orientation Session, we’ll meet weekly. In our early sessions, we’ll focus on setting goals, creating momentum, and building a supportive foundation. As you progress we focus more integration and self-reflection.

Coaching Packages

  • You have one specific health related topic you want to work on or you want to increase your resiliency.

    • 1 Orientation session (75 - 90 mins) and 3 Coaching sessions (60 - 75 mins) within 4 weeks

    • Telegram Support in between sessions

    • Curated worksheets & learning material

    • €880,-

    • Payment plan and reduced price possible for people in difficult financial situations

  • You have 2 or more health related topics or a chronic or long-lasting health issue (chronic fatigue, burn-out) you want to work on.

    • 1 Orientation session (75 - 90 mins) and 11 Coaching sessions (60 - 75 mins) within 3 months

    • Telegram Support in between sessions

    • €2.380,- or payment plan: 3 x €880,- per month

  • Depending on your health goals you might need less frequent coaching support, let's talk about it!
